Beginner Classes
1 month, 4 classes
Youth (Ages 7-12): Tuesdays, 6-7 PM, $70 + $10 one time registration fee
Teen and Adult (Ages 13+): Tuesdays, 7-8 PM, $70 + $10 one time registration fee
The All-American Fencing Academy provides Beginner Fencing classes for new students with no fencing experience. The Beginner Fencing class provides instruction on the history of fencing, basic foot work and blade work. All equipment is provided.
Intermediate Class
1 month, 4 classes
Youth (Ages 7-12): Scheduled after the beginner's class
Teen and Adult (Ages 13+): Scheduled after the beginner's class
Fencers completing the Beginner Fencing classes may progress to Intermediate Fencing classes. Intermediate students will begin to cover basic tactical fencing skills and intermediate blade work, including parry ripostes and beginning competition. All equipment is provided.
Regular Membership Classes (Foil, Epee and Sabre)
1 month, 4 classes
Youth (Ages 7-12): Wednesdays, 6-7PM, $70 per month
Teen and Adult (Ages 13+): Time based on assigned coach.
All fencers that have complete Beginner and Intermediate Classes, or have prior fencing experience participate in regular membership classes. We have coaches that have scheduled classes for Foil, Epee and Sabre. All equipment is provided for the first 3 months after the intermediate class. All fencers are required to purchase their own equipment by the fourth month of regular membership. Please see equipment requirements for regular member fencers.
