Tennis Ball Exercises Part 2

On Strip/At Home Mini Training Series: Tennis Ball Exercises Part 2

fencing training, On Strip/At Home Series, video training

Training video: https://youtu.be/5BmvV9eWq18

In our next class, you will need to do footwork and catch a tennis ball, so here are some practice exercises to prepare you and help build hand eye coordination.

The first part are some warm up exercises. If a particular exercise is easy for you, skip to the next one.

The next part (outside) you can do some exercises with a partner. Some exercises are similar to what we did last time. Some are new (especially the ones that involve one eye closed).

In between classes, if you’re walking around the house, just play with a tennis ball! Dribble it, bounce it, toss it from one hand to another, toss it behind your back and catch it, bounce it off your dad’s back, etc. Build your own hand eye coordination exercises!
